WHOSE OPINION ARE YOU LIVING IN?!

Remember life is full of choices we make everyday. We are products of our own choices and the results we are getting today come from the choices we made long ago,yesterday or today. But always these choices will come handy with opinions. You will make choices of your life based on whose opinion you are living in at that moment. There are 2 kinds of opinions which people live in.
i) Opinion of others.
This is where biggest percentage of people live in today. Reason why people are not happy with their lives, have low self esteem, fail always is because they have let others people's opinions to take over control of their lives. The reasons you are not where you want to be is because you have allowed others who have failed to accomplish anything for themselves to affect your life with their opinions. I don't say opinions of others are not important but what i mean is you have to find right opinions from right people because right opinions will always build you to become what you were meant to become. But most of people are blindly folded and feed on every opinion comes their way. Other people have no control over you unless you allow them. If you are going to consider opinion of others first analyze it and see what good it can add to you life or if not leave it.
ii) Opinion of yourself.
Keep in mind that change starts from you. The opinion you have about yourself will determine how people will relate to you and perceive you in daily basis. You can't have an opinion of weakness about yourself and expect people to see you strong, you can't have an opinion of a failure and expect people to see you as a winner, that's impossible. The opinion you have about yourself matters alot than you think. Because you are going to be ruled and controlled by opinions you have about yourself. That's why you wonder many a people can't fulfill their dreams, they just let them die inside because opinion of fear is controlling them. Make sure you always have positive opinions about yourself no matter what happens, never lose it.
Because your life matters most on your opinions.

PROPHET EMMANUEL MAKANDIWA OF ZIMBABWE DISCLOSES WEALTH
- HE HAS INVESTIMENTS IN LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE
- HIS WIFE IS A BUSINESS WOMAN
UNITED Family International Church (UFIC) leader Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa has lifted the lid on his wealth, disclosing that he is a businessman with investments on the London Stock Exchange.
Addressing thousands on the first day of the Billionaires Mindset Summit in Harare on Thursday, Prophet Makandiwa said his income comes from business and not the church.
He also said Zimbabwe has vast investment opportunities in spite of its economic situation.
“It is believed that preachers everywhere make money through taking advantage of the poor. If the people are poor then what can a preacher take from them as the congregants actually have nothing in the first place? Besides preaching the gospel, I am involved in a number of private projects that have enabled me to acquire a lot of wealth. It amazes me that people think I live off the contributions of my church when in actual fact that money may contribute to the buying of my bread and eggs only. I have been blessed in my own capacity to the extent of being ‘listed’ on the London Stock Exchange not as UFIC but as Emmanuel Makandiwa.”
He added: “If I hear there’s a man of God being accused of making money from his followers I will defend him as I know for a fact that believers can never bring you to a prosperous place. Unless I am presented with hard facts as to why and how the preacher is misusing church funds, I will defend him.
“People don’t realise that there is something they are doing behind the scenes that is actually making them rich that doesn’t necessarily involve the church. We, as preachers, are like businesspeople selling the redemption power of the blood of Christ. The followers and society are the customers. We have to convince people of our belief by putting on what we are selling.
“There’s no point in telling people that God can bless when you yourself cannot reflect that blessing. People will buy into the redemption power through how good we market it. That’s why you see some preachers being able to fill up 2 000-seater auditoriums while another preacher cannot fill the same auditorium to half its capacity. It’s all about how we market the grace of God.
“Despite what you think with regards to the current economic meltdown present in Zimbabwe and around the world, Zimbabwe is a good place to invest in. It is possible to do a business locally in this time, but much is required.” On the second day of the three-day Summit, renowned businessman and African Sun chief executive Dr Shingi Munyeza said:

II. ABOUT THE AUTHOR.
Servant Pastor Kazi, was born in Bunda - Eight times in 1980 as the tenth and last child - in the family. And he was born again, that is, he was saved in 1999.
= EDUCATION:
He received his primary education at Mcharo Primary School in Bunda District.
Higher Education - O’Level received it at Metropolis High School. Technical & Commercial Schoool-Mbagala Dsm.
Higher Education - A-Level obtained from Tegeta High Schoool-Dsm. He holds a National Business Examinations Certificate (National Business Examinations-NABE-III.)
Bible Education; He has a Certificate - Theology In Bible from African Leadership Inernational-AL after 2 years [. [2011-2013]

PROMINENT PREACHER MYLES MUNROE KILLED IN SMALL PLANE CRASH IN BAHAMAS
A small plane crashed Sunday afternoon in the Bahamas, killing internationally known minister and motivational speaker Myles Munroe, his wife and several other people, Munroe's ministry said Sunday night. The Bahamian aviation ministry confirmed that there were "some fatalities" among the nine people on board.
Dave Burrows, head of youth ministries for Munroe's non-denominational Bahamas Faith Ministries International, said at a hastily convened news conference Sunday night that Munroe's wife, Ruth — also a widely known figure in international evangelical circles — and the ministry's senior vice president and pastor, Richard Pinder, were among those killed in the crash.
The Department of Civil Aviation said the Learjet 36 crashed at 5:10 p.m. ET while making a landing approach at Grand Bahama International Airport. Burrows said a small number of other people were on board the plane, along with two pilots, none of whom were immediately identified.
Munroe, 60, was an internationally known Christian preacher and motivational speaker. He frequently appeared before mass audiences at Christian events with other widely known preachers, like Bishop T.D. Jakes and Bishop Eddie Long, and he was associated during the early 2000s with the Promise Keepers movement, a Christian ministry focused on strengthening the role of men in Christian life. He wrote or co-wrote more than 100 inspirational and motivational books, many of which were best-sellers in the Caribbean and Africa.
Burrows said the plane was heading to Freeport for the Global Leadership Forum, a gathering organized by Munroe's ministry, which was scheduled to run through Thursday. The ministry said the conference would go on in a shortened form because "this is what Dr. Munroe would have wanted."
Oral Roberts University, the private evangelical college in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where Munroe attended seminary, named Munroe its outstanding alumnus in 2004. In a statement Sunday night, it said the university community was "heartbroken over the loss."
"His work in extending Christ's Kingdom in our generation was exemplary and world changing," said the university's president, Billy Wilson.
Andrew Young, the former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, who often joined Munroe at Christian forums and gatherings, said in a statement through his charitable foundation that he was deeply saddened over "the tragic death of his friends Dr. Myles and Mrs. Ruth Munroe. He offers condolences to the Monroe family and the families of the other souls who lost their lives as a result of this shocking plane crash."
The aviation ministry said it would begin a full investigation at daybreak Monday.

THE GOODNESS OF GOD(Zab. 139:7-8) - REV. JOSEPH MAREGO
INTRODUCTION
Many of the qualities of the true God, and especially his qualities, are similar to those of man. Yet its qualities are at a higher level than ours.
It should be emphasized that our ability to put into practice these traits relates to the fact that we are created in the image of God (Gen. 1: 26-27) in some respects, we are like him and not like him.
1. God is good (Ps. 25: 8, 106: 1 Mk. 10:18) all that God created from the beginning was good, a development of His own nature. (Gen. 1: 4, 10, 12, 18, 21, 31). He continues to be good in His creation by supporting it on behalf of all His other creatures (Ps. 104: 10-28, 145: 9).
NB: God is especially good to His people when they call on Him in truth (Ps. 145: 18-20)
2. God is love (1 John 4: 8). His unselfish love is the love that embraces the whole world of sinful mankind (John 3:16, Rom. 5: 8). The revelation seems to send his only son Jesus to die for sinners (1 John 4: 9-10).
3. God is merciful (2 Kings 13:23, Ps. 86:15, 111: 4)
To be compassionate means to feel sorry for someone else's mistakes, and to be willing to help.
In His mercy to man, God offers forgiveness and salvation (Ps. 78:38).
Caution: However, God's patience and forgiveness should not be misused, by deliberate disobedience and rebellion. If we continue to grieve Him for our sins, He will eventually judge us in His wrath as He did for Israel (Heb. 3: 7-19).
4. God is patient and not easily angered (Ex. 34: 6, Num. 14:18, Rom. 2: 4, 1Tim. 1:16).
God first manifested His character in the Garden of Eden, after Adam and Eve sinned. He had the right to destroy the human race, but he did not (Gen. 2: 16-17).
God was also patient in the days of Noah when the ark was being built (1 Pet. 3:20). God is still tolerating the sinful generation of mankind. He does not judge now to destroy the world, because he patiently waits to give everyone the opportunity to repent and be saved (2 Pet. 3: 9).
5. God is truthful (Deut. 32: 4, Ps. 31: 5, Isa. 65:16, John 3:33)
Jesus called himself "the truth" (John 14: 6) and the Spirit is known as the Spirit of truth (John 14:17).
6. God is faithful (Ex. 34: 6, 7: 9 Isa. 49: 7, Heb. 10:23).
God does what is revealed in His Word, His promises and warnings (Num. 14: 32-33, 2 Sam. 7:28, Job 34:12, Acts 13:23, 32-33)
God's faithfulness brings great comfort to believers

Good morning church and viewers all over the world. I want to thank you for your prayer and your love for the victims and relations of all those involved in the incident.
The battle is for the Lord. I really want to thank God. God has been doing so much. We need to know a thousand victories, all the way long. Glory and honour to God Almighty.
For those who are outside the Lord, they would not know. When you are outside God, you will not know what I am talking about. When you are outside the light, you can’t understand what I am talking about.
For the three weeks before the incident, if you heard my message and sat down, you would know I was giving you a vision and prophetic Word on how to handle the situation at hand. Trials and tests are meant for our belief. I go by the directives of God.
I salute the martyrs of faith and the victims. I also salute their relations. My love and my prayers are always with them. The martyrs, victims and their relations, what they would like to see is the work of God continue. That is what they died for, suffered for and are living for.
From your heart, commit the relations of the martyrs to God. Ask God to strengthen them and open their understanding more to know and understand what happened here. Ask God to give them the grace to continue in God. In Him we live; in Him we move. Ask God to give them the grace to continue the work of salvation.
Remember the victims in one way or the other and ask for God’s intervention. Ask God for His power of resurrection within them and outside them, in Jesus Christ’s name we pray.
Remain silent and give thanks to God, within you. I want you to change your confession and give thanks to God.
Listen to God, not men. Don’t let your faith be disturbed. If anyone wants to disturb your faith with their negative words and message, remember God. See the need of God the more. See the need of serving the Lord the more, the need of moving closer to Him.
Don’t be disturbed. Pray for the relations; pray for the victims. That is your assignment – your love and prayer for the victims and the relations of the martyrs. That is your duty at this time.
Don’t allow yourself to be used by satan. If you do, satan will use his people to run to you and disturb you the more. This is an opportunity for them to disturb your faith with their negative words. Those who hate you and those who want you to die will run after you because of this issue. It is not that they love you but they want to see your countenance, your appearance, how you look and whether you are worried. Never allow this. Remember Jesus. Don’t change your words in a moment. Jesus is Lord.
What you saw happen - God is aware. If God is aware, who else is aware does not matter. The martyrs, victims and relations want to see your faith grow; they want to see the work of salvation and the work of God in your life continue. They want to see you serve the Lord the more. Good morning church and viewers all over the world. I want to thank you for your prayer and your love for the victims and relations of all those involved in the incident.
The battle is for the Lord. I really want to thank God. God has been doing so much. We need to know a thousand victories, all the way long. Glory and honour to God Almighty.
For those who are outside the Lord, they would not know. When you are outside God, you will not know what I am talking about. When you are outside the light, you can’t understand what I am talking about.
For the three weeks before the incident, if you heard my message and sat down, you would know I was giving you a vision and prophetic Word on how to handle the situation at hand. Trials and tests are meant for our belief. I go by the directives of God.
I salute the martyrs of faith and the victims. I also salute their relations. My love and my prayers are always with them. The martyrs, victims and their relations, what they would like to see is the work of God continue. That is what they died for, suffered for and are living for.
From your heart, commit the relations of the martyrs to God. Ask God to strengthen them and open their understanding more to know and understand what happened here. Ask God to give them the grace to continue in God. In Him we live; in Him we move. Ask God to give them the grace to continue the work of salvation.
Remember the victims in one way or the other and ask for God’s intervention. Ask God for His power of resurrection within them and outside them, in Jesus Christ’s name we pray.
Remain silent and give thanks to God, within you. I want you to change your confession and give thanks to God.
Listen to God, not men. Don’t let your faith be disturbed. If anyone wants to disturb your faith with their negative words and message, remember God. See the need of God the more. See the need of serving the Lord the more, the need of moving closer to Him.
Don’t be disturbed. Pray for the relations; pray for the victims. That is your assignment – your love and prayer for the victims and the relations of the martyrs. That is your duty at this time.
Don’t allow yourself to be used by satan. If you do, satan will use his people to run to you and disturb you the more. This is an opportunity for them to disturb your faith with their negative words. Those who hate you and those who want you to die will run after you because of this issue. It is not that they love you but they want to see your countenance, your appearance, how you look and whether you are worried. Never allow this. Remember Jesus. Don’t change your words in a moment. Jesus is Lord.
What you saw happen - God is aware. If God is aware, who else is aware does not matter. The martyrs, victims and relations want to see your faith grow; they want to see the work of salvation and the work of God in your life continue. They want to see you serve the Lord the more. Seemingly overjoyed, Myamba was able to post some of his wedding photos on his Facebook page, including a large gift of a large sum of money on a trolley given to them by the committee members.

Objectives of the role:
The global objective of ZANSASP is to strengthen democratisation and good governance, through support to civil society initiatives on accountability, participatory development and policy advocacy in Zanzibar. Its specific objectives are: i) to strengthen NSAs leadership and management capacities ii) increase transparency and participatory development by increasing NSAs' engagement in policy development and planning, formulation, monitoring and evaluation of poverty reduction strategies and programmes.
The programme foresees a) support to the demand-side of governance and social accountability through provision of a range of grant and essentially non-grant forms of capacity development support to Zanzibari Non-State actors (NSAs) engaged in advocacy and dialogue with the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar (RGoZ) on issues of governance and development, as well as b) technical assistance to relevant authorities of the RGoZ to improve the legislative and regulatory environment for civil society organisations and the supply side of governance and transparency.
The Team Leader will be expected to lead a technical assistance team whose remit includes the provision of technical assistance to NSAs and relevant RGoZ authorities; the design and implementation of a comprehensive capacity development programme for Zanzibari NSAs (capacity development for CSOs, mapping and research on CSOs, support to dialogue between CSOs and partner country governments and/or local authorities, supporting partner country governments in improving the legislative and regulatory environment for CSOs) and the management of grants contract to local NSAs.
Length of the project: 48 months
Start Date: January 2015 (at earliest)
Qualifications and Skills:
Master’s degree in social sciences (e.g. organisational development, international development, development management, business studies, MBA, politics, economics) or similar
Ability to develop non state actor (NSA) representative structures; coalitions, platforms and networks for civil society
Skills in managing capacity building and training of NSAs
Good level of English and preferably Swahili
General Professional Experience:
Experience working in sub-Saharan Africa, preferably East Africa, ideally Tanzania and Zanzibar
10 years’ experience on donor programmes, especially capacity building/organisational development and working with civil society/non state actors such as NGOs, CBOs, FBOs
Experience working under EC EDF procedures, e.g. EDF small grant disbursement, reporting, performance monitoring, communication and visibility guidelines
Experience lobbying and engaging with partner country governments – facilitating liaison between relevant government ministries and NSAs
Specific Professional Experience:

WISDOM OF RESPONDING TO QUESTIONS

Today, we are studying the Bible from MATTHEW 21: 23-46. Although our subject is “WISDOM TO ANSWER QUESTIONS”, there is still much to learn in these verses. In these verses, we find four different things to learn: -
(1) WISDOM TO ANSWER QUESTIONS (vv. 23-27);
(2) BAPTISM COMES FROM HEAVEN (vv. 25-27);
(3) GRACE ACCOMPANIED BY REPENTANCE (vv. 28-32);
(4) THE EXAMPLE OF A HOME PERSON (vv. 35-46).
(1) WISDOM TO ANSWER QUESTIONS (vv. 23-27)
Jesus Christ was so wise in answering the questions he was asked that people did not dare to ask him questions (MATTHEW 22:46). We do not have to answer every question we are asked, in the same system. Some questions do not require our answers at all (JOHN 19: 8-9; MATTHEW 27: 12-14), and the answers to other questions are to ask those who asked us (MATTHEW 21: 23-27). Before we know what to do when faced with a question, it is important to first understand the NIA of the question we were asked, as well as the nature of the question. The questions we are asked are in the following six ways: -
a. TRAP QUESTIONS (MATTHEW 22: 15-17) - It is important to be careful in answering questions like this, so that our answers do not cause us to fall into the trap set by the questioner.
b. QUESTIONS INTENT TO TRY US (MATTHEW 19: 3; LUKE 10:25) - These questions are intended to test our understanding, to test how we will respond, so that the questioner may have the opportunity to blame us, accuse us or send bad information somewhere. Caution is needed in answering these questions.
c. QUESTIONS INTENTIONALLY HARMFUL (MATTHEW 2: 3-8) - By giving a complete answer to questions like these, we can give the person who asked us the opportunity to do the harm he or she intended in his or her heart. A thief may ask, Does this person return in the evening from work every day? When I come in the morning is it hard to find him? There is no one left in his house? Caution is needed in answering such questions. Evil questions, too, should not be answered.
d. QUESTIONS INTENTIONAL (LUKE 10:29) - some people, not that they ask for education, no, not at all. They pretend to be more educated than we are and so they ask questions to find fault with us, and then they show us their knowledge. We have to be careful. Let us not answer questions with the intention of seeking the “Who knows more” contest, let us seek more answers to make the person stop being evil. To answer the question of the meaning of the locks, seals and trumpets of the Revelation of John from a person who is not saved or who does not live according to the principles of holiness, is a waste of our free time (2 TIMOTHY 2:14, 16-18).
e. FOOLISH AND IGNORANT QUESTIONS, UNKNOWN As we witness to people about salvation, we should avoid their questions related to internal teachings - the Trinity, the Sonship of God, the Atonement of Marriage, the Attire of a Saved Person, Baptism, etc. Let's just tell them how to overcome sin and avoid other questions. They will know it AFTER being saved. A person does not start seventh grade, he starts first grade. Nonsense questions like "Where did God come from", etc., we must reject. Before a person knows where God came from, let him know where he came from!
f. STUDY QUESTIONS (MATTHEW 19: 25-29; LUKE 20: 27-37) - These questions are well-intentioned, however, we must first look at a person's spiritual level. When a five-year-old child asks "Where do children come from?", You can't answer that they come from a sexual act! To do so would be to alienate him from pure values. Likewise, spiritual babes, we answer questions that only build them up in their infancy. Give it to them milk, and let us not give them bones (HEBREWS 5: 12-14; 1 PETER 2: 2).
HOW TO GET WISDOM TO ANSWER QUESTIONS - God's wisdom is needed in answering questions. With this wisdom in mind, we can better understand the purpose of the question and know how to respond to it immediately. This wisdom is obtained by praying to God in faith that He will give it to us, that we may serve Him well (JAMES 1: 5-7).
(2) BAPTISM COMES FROM HEAVEN (vv. 25-27)
In these verses, we clearly learn that John's baptism came from heaven, not from men. That is why the chief priests and the elders of the people were afraid to answer him, because they did not believe John, even though all the people considered him to be a prophet. If John's Baptism came from heaven, it is clear that the baptism of Jesus, who was greater than John (JOHN 1: 28-30), CAME FROM HEAVEN AND NOT TO HUMAN BEINGS (JOHN 3: 26-27). Since this water baptism we are commanded to be baptized by the one who gave us that command is Jesus Himself (MATTHEW 28:19; MARK 16: 15-16), and not man, we should not agree with human teachings on Baptism. Jesus never commanded that infants be baptized. He was not baptized as a child, but blessed, and in his ministry he blessed the children, and did not baptize them (LUKE 2: 27-35; MARK 10: 13-16), Jesus was baptized as an adult (LUKE 3: 21-23). How is this baptism from heaven done? The word "baptize", in the original Greek language, is called "BAPTISM", which comes from the Greek word "BAPTO" meaning "Dip" or "soak", such as dipping a lump of porridge in a sauce or dipping clothes in water or blood. , or dip your finger in water (LUKE 16:24; REVELATION 19:13; JOHN 13:26). Thus, baptism from heaven is done by immersing the person in the WATER that covers the person (JOHN 3:23) and not by sprinkling water on the face. Likewise, the baptism from heaven takes place AFTER (not before) a person hears the preaching of the Gospel and believes in it, and repents of his sins by means of forsaking them, and decides to be saved (ROMANS 10: 13-14; ACTS 8:12, 36-39). Only in abundant water can one come down from the water and climb into the water (MATTHEW 3:16; JOHN 4: 1-2; LUKE 2: 27-35; MARK 10: 13-16).
(3) GRACE ACCOMPANIED BY REPENTANCE (vv. 28-32)
God is pleased with people who are willing to repent or confess and STOP what they were doing, and start doing what they did not want to do. Such people receive mercy or grace to enable them to overcome sin, and to gain the right to enter heaven (PROVERBS 28:13). There are some people who are unwilling to repent, who are proud, and who think that they are righteous, because they do not drink alcohol, do not smoke, do not commit adultery, do not steal, and do all religious acts. These will go to the river, overwhelmed by tax collectors and prostitutes who are ready to repent and give up. Any form of self-condemnation is an abomination to God, for by nature everyone is a sinner, and repentance is necessary in order to avoid judgment (JEREMIAH 2:35; 1 JOHN 1: 8-10; ROMANS 3:12, 22-23). No matter how sinful a person is as a prostitute, repenting in the sense of giving up, he is forgiven and saved (ISAIAH 1:18; 55: 6-7). Likewise, it is important to be ready to repent even after being saved. After we are saved and even after being sanctified, we will still be subject to the SINS OF IMMORALITY THAT WE MUST COMMIT (JAMES 4:17). We must always be ready to repent like David (1 CHRONICLES 21: 1, 7-8; 1 JOHN 2: 1-2)
(4) THE ILLUSTRATION OF THE HOUSEHOLDER (vv. 33-46)
The landowner planted a vineyard and put a fence around it. The vineyards were surrounded by enclosures or stone walls (PROVERBS 24: 30-31). He dug a pressure hole in it. The pressure hole, is a juice extractor from grapes. The grapes are placed on one side of the plant, the pods fall into the ditch and the juice passes to the other side. He hired tenants and set out. Farmers were given these lands for rent for a year or a lifetime and were also given by inheritance. The person who owns the house here, is God Himself (1 CORINTHIANS 3: 9; HEBREWS 3: 2,6). This vineyard, is a desert church that was inherited only by the Jews and had a wall, no non-Jew was allowed to enter that church. God sent His servants, the PROPHETS, to ask for fruit from the Jews. The Jews arrested them, stoned them to death (MATTHEW 23: 34-37). Finally, God decided to send his Son, Jesus, to say that they would honor him. And they tortured him outside the gate and killed him. As a result, the Church will now be inherited or will be given to the Gentiles and a wall that will not allow them to enter, will not exist (ACTS 13: 46-49; 15: 13-18). Jesus is the chief cornerstone. Whoever falls on it will be shattered. His grace will cause him to have a broken and contrite heart, and thus be saved (PSALM 34:18; 51:17; 147: 3). But those who reject him; they will fall by the Stone and will be crushed to pieces and destroyed (ISAIAH 8: 9; ACTS 7:38).

HOW TO GET WISDOM TO ANSWER QUESTIONS - God's wisdom is needed in answering questions. With this wisdom in mind, we can better understand the purpose of the question and know how to respond to it immediately. This wisdom is obtained by praying to God in faith that He will give it to us, that we may serve Him well (JAMES 1: 5-7).
(2) BAPTISM COMES FROM HEAVEN (vv. 25-27)
In these verses, we clearly learn that John's baptism came from heaven, not from men. That is why the chief priests and the elders of the people were afraid to answer him, because they did not believe John, even though all the people considered him to be a prophet. If John's Baptism came from heaven, it is clear that the baptism of Jesus, who was greater than John (JOHN 1: 28-30), CAME FROM HEAVEN AND NOT TO HUMAN BEINGS (JOHN 3: 26-27). Since this water baptism we are commanded to be baptized by the one who gave us that command is Jesus Himself (MATTHEW 28:19; MARK 16: 15-16), and not man, we should not agree with human teachings on Baptism. Jesus never commanded that infants be baptized. He was not baptized as a child, but blessed, and in his ministry he blessed the children, and did not baptize them (LUKE 2: 27-35; MARK 10: 13-16), Jesus was baptized as an adult (LUKE 3: 21-23). How is this baptism from heaven done? The word "baptize", in the original Greek language, is called "BAPTISM", which comes from the Greek word "BAPTO" meaning "Dip" or "soak", such as dipping a lump of porridge in a sauce or dipping clothes in water or blood. , or dip your finger in water (LUKE 16:24; REVELATION 19:13; JOHN 13:26). Thus, baptism from heaven is done by immersing the person in the WATER that covers the person (JOHN 3:23) and not by sprinkling water on the face. Likewise, the baptism from heaven takes place AFTER (not before) a person hears the preaching of the Gospel and believes in it, and repents of his sins by means of forsaking them, and decides to be saved (ROMANS 10: 13-14; ACTS 8:12, 36-39). Only in abundant water can one come down from the water and climb into the water (MATTHEW 3:16; JOHN 4: 1-2; LUKE 2: 27-35; MARK 10: 13-16).
(3) GRACE ACCOMPANIED BY REPENTANCE (vv. 28-32)
God is pleased with people who are willing to repent or confess and STOP what they were doing, and start doing what they did not want to do. Such people receive mercy or grace to enable them to overcome sin, and to gain the right to enter heaven (PROVERBS 28:13). There are some people who are unwilling to repent, who are proud, and who think that they are righteous, because they do not drink alcohol, do not smoke, do not commit adultery, do not steal, and do all religious acts. These will go to the river, overwhelmed by tax collectors and prostitutes who are ready to repent and give up. Any form of self-condemnation is an abomination to God, for by nature everyone is a sinner, and repentance is necessary in order to avoid judgment (JEREMIAH 2:35; 1 JOHN 1: 8-10; ROMANS 3:12, 22-23). No matter how sinful a person is as a prostitute, repenting in the sense of giving up, he is forgiven and saved (ISAIAH 1:18; 55: 6-7). Likewise, it is important to be ready to repent even after being saved. After we are saved and even after being sanctified, we will still be subject to the SINS OF IMMORALITY THAT WE MUST COMMIT (JAMES 4:17). We must always be ready to repent like David (1 CHRONICLES 21: 1, 7-8; 1 JOHN 2: 1-2)
(4) THE ILLUSTRATION OF THE HOUSEHOLDER (vv. 33-46)
The landowner planted a vineyard and put a fence around it. The vineyards were surrounded by enclosures or stone walls (PROVERBS 24: 30-31). He dug a pressure hole in it. The pressure hole, is a juice extractor from grapes. The grapes are placed on one side of the plant, the pods fall into the ditch and the juice passes to the other side. He hired tenants and set out. Farmers were given these lands for rent for a year or a lifetime and were also given by inheritance. The person who owns the house here, is God Himself (1 CORINTHIANS 3: 9; HEBREWS 3: 2,6). This vineyard, is a desert church that was inherited only by the Jews and had a wall, no non-Jew was allowed to enter that church. God sent His servants, the PROPHETS, to ask for fruit from the Jews. The Jews arrested them, stoned them to death (MATTHEW 23: 34-37). Finally, God decided to send his Son, Jesus, to say that they would honor him. And they tortured him outside the gate and killed him. As a result, the Church will now be inherited or will be given to the Gentiles and a wall that will not allow them to enter, will not exist (ACTS 13: 46-49; 15: 13-18).
